How to use

Apply after No7 Eye shadow and before No7 Mascara. Gently lift the brow with the ring finger of one hand, as this will enable you to get the pencil closer to the lashes. Apply small forwards and backwards strokes. Use the smudger to blend, soften and neaten the line or to smudge, creating a ‘smokey eye’ effect.
