After years of research, Boots experts have introduced certified organic materials to Botanics, ensuring that the way the product is produced has a minimum impact on the environment and maximises the essential nature of the source. The plant extracts used are grown with a limited number of natural pesticides and are processed using traditional techniques, where possible, capturing the very spirit of all that is organic. Our developers and scientists have researched the benefits of each organic extract to ensure its source and the scientific evidence of its benefits.
As the most trusted name on the high street we decided to develop our own organic standard to ensure that the ingredients we put into our products are as wholesome as the effect they have on your skin. Our policy ensures that products may not be described as organic if a synthetic material is used when a vegetable or mineral ingredient could have been used in its place. At all times the level of synthetic materials has been minimised in the Botanics Organic range. The packaging used in the range have been chosen for maximum recyclability.
All organic ingredients used in the range have been certified by a recognised organic body and our technical experts are continuing to evaluate raw materials so that we are able to bring you beautifully pampering organic products that really do work.
