A long lasting eye liner than can be used to create subtle or bold definition to the eye.

How to use

Apply after eye shadow and before mascara. For best effect, apply close to the lash line and allow to dry before applying mascara. If applying under the eye, again keep as low to the lash line as possible - do not apply to the inside of the eye.
